Hyper-realistic paper art by Ollanski
Paper artist and illustrator Ollanski is a graduate from Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden and his formal education is in Biomedicine with a specialization in molecular neurobiology. However, his life has evolved around drawing, painting and crafting since very young. In December 2008 he quit his PhD position at the Max Planck Insitute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin to become a freelance illustrator and paper artist for a variety of clients. His style is extremely precise and realistic so that you sometime believe you’re watching a photography before realizing it is paper. Ollanski is represented by Cosmopola in Germany and ArtAssociates in the Netherlands.
