Lauren Bishop, fashion illustration

Lauren Bishop was born and grew up on the Isle of Wight and also spent five years living and going to school in Florida. She spent a lot of time in life drawing classes and mostly enjoyed drawing people, experimenting different media and different types of line, drawing the human figure. Then she decided to develop her own style and specialize in fashion illustration. Very elegant and chic graphic style, the silhouettes are beautiful, with much attention on texture and pattern of apparel. While at school she was awarded the Highly Commended prize by Macmillan publishers for her illustration work. Lauren Bishop now lives and works in Falmouth (south coast of Cornwall, England, UK) as a freelance fashion illustrator.
