Skipped heart beats, a poetry of light

Skipped heart beats is Irina Munteanu’s portfolio on Flickr. Irina is a very young photographer from Constan?a, Romania. She currently is in highschool and getting ready for college, planning to stay in the photography world. Her photographs are expressing emotions or words she couldn’t shape or didn’t get the chance to speak. No doubt Irina Munteanu is developping a very subtle yet meaningful language.

Matthieu Forichon is a French illustrator and comic drawer who did a pretty series about parisian girls in a very simple and elegant manner. Living in Paris is such a pleasure when you see it like that. Represented by Comillus

Ali Cavanaugh is an American artist who has developed a process best described as modern fresco, where she applies watercolor to plaster panels. Ali Cavanaugh is fascinated by the dichotomy of the seen and unseen in the human condition… body and soul… Cavanaugh’s art brings to light the complexity within contemplation.
