Lucia Giacani is an Italian photographer. She offers an original eye on women through fashion photography. Onur Senturk is a designer and director at Prologue Films, he lives in Los Angeles, California. He studied traditional painting and figure drawing followed by a traditional animation degree as his BFA. He took part in several international and national collaborative exhibitions both in print and time-based media. He designed and animated the famous motion design piece “Triangle” awarded twice by Vimeo as best motion graphics and “Nokta” which received honorary mention from Ars Electronica (Computer Animation/ Film /VFX category). He has been featured in many national and international magazines, newspapers, events, such as Onedotzero, Stash, Computer Arts, Freemote Born Digital and Motionographer with interviews, presentations, articles and showcases both online and published. He contributed to David Fincher version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo opening titles with design animation and creative direction at Blur Studios.

Epiclayers is graphic designer Karen To‘s portfolio. She is a young designer, illustrator and form-maker who recently graduated from CalArts BFA graphic design program and we’re proud to tell you she is available for free-lance work! I particularly love her combination of colors, her different styles of illustration and the work she did with type creation. So, have a look, there’s also some great layout for motion design and some experiment stuff. I think it is interesting to discover young (but mature) portfolios among those renowned artists…

Shohei Otomo (Hakuchi) is a famous Japanese illustrator, however he doesn’t speak English so there are very few informations on the internet about him. He is born in 1980, at Kichijoji, Tokyo. After graduating from art college, he started working as a freelance illustrator. Shohei Otomo works using a ballpoint pen, creating very detailed black and white pieces of art. His site is called “idiot land”, showing a mix of Japanese traditions and punk-rock modern style… Making references to Japanese characters like Samurai, Geisha girls or Yakuzas.

Gaetan Billault is a French graphic designer and illustrator. Having lived between Paris and Dublin for the last six years (2006-2011), he is now based in London. Gaetan Billault has a very cool and unique personal style.

Per Zennström is a contemporary photographer, filmmaker, on-line publisher, creative director and blogger. Inspired by pop-culture and digital media, he tries to turn “limitations” into opportunities. His personal style is both sophisticated and incisive. Per Zennström’s done freelance assistance work in New York for several years—as an assistant to Steven Meisel among others… and was active shooting in Paris for 13 years, with assignments for Dior, Guy Laroche, Nina Ricci, or Absolut Vodka. He moved back to Stockholm in 2005 but quickly continued on to the vibrant art capital Berlin in 2008.
In 2008, Per Zennström launched a successful blog “10horses”, he also is the Publisher and Creative Director of the on-line, pop-cultural magazine “11horses” which is emerging as an influential go-to destination & reference. He is a contributing editor to urban culture platforms such as MB magazine and Cool Shaker.

Iain Crawford grew up in Africa and Malaysia, after spending several years living and working in New York, he is now based in London and continues to work internationally. His work his made of a strong graphic and textural quality, often created by a fusion between paint and model. Iain Crawford’s art is about playing beautifully with some unpredictable chaos.
