Max Moos is a German professional photographer and moviemaker. His time-lapse endeavour started back in 2002, then he developed a remotely controlled, waterproof Time-lapse camera unit and met his business partner, Timo Kurrat, with whom he founded Moos&Kurrat Zeitraffer. Today Moos&Kurrat is a successful business, where technology meets craftsmanship in order to deliver Time-lapse short movies in HDTV quality with a thrilling, emotional touch. “New York city portrait.” Shot in april 2006 during a 3 weeks stay in NYC, with a Canon 400D, music by Moby. Max Moos had lots of help with this project, enabling shots from the german embassy and even out of the 44th floor of the Crysler Building. It is the first of a series of city portraits, featuring Hong Kong, Shanghai and Istanbul.
