Glamorous watercolors by Stina Persson

Stina Persson is an illustrator based in Stockholm, Sweden. She mixes different techniques around watercolors and ink: cut paper, vector, drawing, photography… That makes original and glamorous fashion paintings with some sixties touch. Stina Persson’s art is beautifully imperfect and very promising. Stina studied fine art in Perugia and fashion drawing in Florence, and she also has a degree in illustration from Pratt Institute in New York. She was awarded the Society of Illustrator’s Student Scholarship in 1996 and in 1997, and she has exhibited her work in New York and Tokyo. ?Her client list includes: Coca Cola, Absolut Vodka, Godiva Chocolatier, Sony Music, Blue Note Records, Atlantic Records, Macy’s Department Store, Bloomingdale’s, UNIQLO, American Eagle Outfitters, Volvo Japan, Björn Borg Clothing, DKNY, Face Boutique, Iben Høj Clothing, Target.     i think that Stina Persson is extremely inspiring the way the water colours flow together and make a wonderful exciting piece of work. I am currently doing a school project to do with some of her work and i just find her mind blowing.
