Simon Rudholm is a Swedish motion designer and director of photography based in Stockholm. He worked on lots of music videos, commercials and other very high quality stuff.

Antonio Suarez was born in Panama and decided to come to Vancouver in 2001 for Classical Animation studies and later Digital Design at the Vancouver Film School. Previously named “Reverse Design Lab”, his new blog and portfolio is named “dreamsandrubies”. Antonio Suarez explores different creative fields in video and also illustration or photography. His personal style stands as a free form of expression so he decided to team up with different artists and designers to bring forth a new concept of living, taking out the fear in our lives and replacing it with pure and unlimited love. For that purpose, he created Collectivecontrast.

Alex Roman (real name is Jorge Seva) is a Spanish artist specialist of 3D renderings mostly playing with photographic techniques. After being trained in traditional painting at a few academies, he discovered the world of CG. He created a short movie (12 minutes long), 100% computer generated: TheThird&TheSeventh (see above) is a wonderful combination of photorealistic architectural renderings and stylish CG cinematography. Alex Roman used 3dsmax, Vray, After Effects, and Premier. You can read his interview on motionographer.

TheThird&TheSeventh is better to view fullscreen ! It’s a full CG animated piece that tries to illustrate architecture art across a photographic point of view where main subjects are already-built spaces. Sometimes in an abstract way. Sometimes surreal.

Karim Charlebois Zariffa is a French Canadian freelance graphic designer working mostly in motion design. Member of collective Sijauraissu with Gabriel Poirier-Galarneau, Julien Vallée and Philippe Roy. He also got the chance to collaborate with Stefan Sagmeister in an experimental out camp in Indonesia.

Max Moos is a German professional photographer and moviemaker. His time-lapse endeavour started back in 2002, then he developed a remotely controlled, waterproof Time-lapse camera unit and met his business partner, Timo Kurrat, with whom he founded Moos&Kurrat Zeitraffer. Today Moos&Kurrat is a successful business, where technology meets craftsmanship in order to deliver Time-lapse short movies in HDTV quality with a thrilling, emotional touch. “New York city portrait.” Shot in april 2006 during a 3 weeks stay in NYC, with a Canon 400D, music by Moby. Max Moos had lots of help with this project, enabling shots from the german embassy and even out of the 44th floor of the Crysler Building. It is the first of a series of city portraits, featuring Hong Kong, Shanghai and Istanbul.

Kyle Bean is a graphic designer based in Brighton (UK). He is good at developing creative ideas which he often resolves through animation and three dimensional forms. He’s just graduated from the University of Brighton and is available for commissions. Kyle Bean was involved in projects for clients including Ford, The New York Times and BBC, he also worked with Brighton-based animation studio KANOTI, CRUSH (Design and Art Direction) and BLINK production company in Soho. Sigrid Astrup was born in 1979 in a fjord in northern Norway, and grew up on Tromsø island. She now lives and works freelance in Copenhagen, Denmark, doing very creative animations, illustrations and graphics for film, tv, printed matter and new media.
