Marcos Kotlhar is a Brasilian art director who graduated from the Cooper Union (NYC) and from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Marcos Kotlhar creates illustrations, video and digital installations or posters for clients like Havaianas, Billboard, Getty Images and Original beer among others.

Andre Beato is a portuguese graphic designer and illustrator, born and based in Lisbon, Portugal. His work is mostly vector based graphics, illustrations, corporate identities and typefaces. Andre Beato has been working in creative fields like graphic design, print and editorial, collaborating with Uniqlo, Plinkers, Montana Cans, Nike, Computer Arts & Projects among others.

Flavio Melchiorre is an italian artist and creative designer. After ten years of experience in typography, advertising and fashion, he developed his personal style. Combining free-hand drawings with chromatic and iconographic effects, reaching unique results. From a single drawing, many different digital elaborations can derive. Endless, potential evolutions. Camilla Meijer is a Swedish designer who creates beautiful hand-drawn prints for fabrics and furnishing. Her distinctive collection of accessories for the home (lampshades, cushions and wallpapers) is inspired by nature, classic scandinavian design and the green city of London, where she lives.

Scott Pagano is a video artist, filmmaker, and motion graphics designer based in Los Angeles and neither-field is his portfolio. Scott Pagano works re-mixing images of architecture, daily life, and intricate CG graphics. His music videos and motion art works have been screened internationally from film festivals to MTV. He has worked with a wide range of notable musicians including BT, Funkstorung, Twerk, Richard Devine, Christopher Willits, Monolake, Deadbeat, Speedy J, Chris Liebing, Kid606, Joan Jeanrenaud, and the Kronos Quartet.

I had that fantastic opportunity talking with New-York art director and illustrator Zso. She is a special creative person, smart, talented, very nice and I have to confess this is one of my favorite interviews on Partfaliaz. Zso talks about her course, her work (digital and traditional) and her experimentations and play with imperfections.
She has a very simple and extremely efficient presentation of her work that is pure inspiration for designers! Her online portfolio is about illustration, she has a terrific blog showing beautiful photos (as well as work in progress and collaborations) and a Vimeo where she publish time-lapse work processes. She also featured as one of 120 of the “most exciting female graphic designers and illustrators” from 39 countries around the world in 2009. Just take two minutes and read the whole interview.

Hellozso is Sara Blake’s digital name and illustration portfolio. She is an Interactive Art Director, Designer and Illustrator living in New York City. Zso likes extremeness, she works by day in a famous digital design agency and as an illustrator by night, also she recently joined the KDU network. Sara Blake’s clients are like Yen Magazine, The KDU or Koko & Me. She’ll also be having her very first solo gallery show at Friends of Leon Gallery in Sydney, Australia, September 2010. You can see many different videos of her work process on Vimeo. Sara Blake did several art collaborations and already have lots of publications.

Tal Brosh (also known has tulidesign.co.uk) is a London based graphic designer who has worked over late 10 years mainly creating album covers and posters for music and entertainment industry, from low-fi bands and B movies to worldwide promotion agencies. Tal Brosh experiments different techniques with a nice creative style. She does lots of photographies for her design work and shows a great collection of Lomo shots from around the world.
